Job summary

Pegaunihan Technology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to drive defect containment and monitor process abnormalities within a high-tech electronics manufacturing environment.

You will oversee OQC/OBA and IPQC activities, ensuring product quality and outbound shipments meet required standards while coordinating with regional teams and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO9001/PMTA and other quality system management.
• Experience with PQA/OQC/IPQC workflow is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the factory to handle customer complaints and quality abnormalities, confirm and track issues to prevent recurrence.
• OQC (Out of Box Quality Control) / OBA (Out of Box Audit) inspections to ensure quality and quantity meet requirements.
• IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) monitoring to ensure production quality.
• Coordinate with HQ/Regional Headquarters and teams, maintain strong communication and documentation.

Proficiency in Malay and Mandarin will be an added advantage to facilitate effective communication and coordination with Regional Headquarters (HQ).

Job Description

Lead the factory to handle customer complaints/process abnormalities/quality abnormalities, confirm and track abnormal problems to be effectively solved and prevent recurrence.

OQC (Out Box Quality Control) / OBA (Out of Box Audit), unboxing and random inspection of products to be shipped to ensure that the quality and quantity inspection meets the requirements.

IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), monitors the quality of process operations to ensure qualified production quality.

Other Requirements

Priority will be given to those with work experience related to ISO9001, PMTA and other quality system management.

Experience in mastering PQA/OQC/IPQC workflow is preferred.

Have excellent organizational coordination and communication skills, proficient oral English, and strong written expression skills.

Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and be able to withstand work pressure.

Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook].
