Job summary

ROOT PROP SOLUTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a Telemarketing Executive in Malaysia to engage prospects and convert inquiries into qualified sales opportunities. You will use company-provided leads via phone and WhatsApp, understand customer needs, and schedule follow-ups and appointments.

Responsibilities include maintaining CRM records, delivering excellent service, and achieving monthly KPIs. Basic salary with commission is offered; WFH is possible based on performance and management approval.

Your responsibilities include:

• Contact prospective customers using company-provided leads.

• Introduce the company's services through phone calls and WhatsApp.

• Understand customers' requirements and identify suitable solutions.

• Follow up consistently with potential customers to maintain engagement.

• Schedule appointments or consultations for interested customers where required.

• Update customer information and interaction records accurately in the company's CRM or sales system.

• Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.

• Achieve individual monthly KPIs and telemarketing targets.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are:

Essential

• Must have full working rights in Malaysia.

• Minimum SPM qualification.

• Able to communicate confidently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods.

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary

• Basic Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,000.00 per month
