Job summary

SK intellix Malaysia is seeking a proactive professional to support the MC team in daily operations, onboarding, and training. You will manage logistics, stock, and documentation while ensuring service standards and VOC handling.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, with Senior Magic Care exposure preferred. Fluency in English and Malay is essential for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires Professional Certificate / Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any business field.
• Preferably 1 year of related work experience.
• Preferably SENIOR MAGIC CARE specializing in Management or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist the MCM in managing and coordinating the daily tasks of the MC team.
• Monitor RS Routine Service RC Routine Collection and sales performance of MCs.
• Handle VOC Voice of Customer cases especially those involving irregular RS or sales.
• Onboard newly joined MCs and ensure smooth integration into the team.
• Conduct On the Job Training (OJT) to equip new MCs with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Ensure sufficient stock of uniforms, tools and equipment for the MC team.
• Prepare filter quantity forecasts for Warehouse Admin to request from the SCM team.
• Verify and approve supporting documents for RS postponements or cancellations submitted by MCs.
• Review and verify mileage reimbursement claims submitted by MCs.
• Conduct inventory audits in collaboration with the Service Operations Team.
• Perform RS tasks during manpower shortages due to contract terminations or MC absences.

• Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written
