Job summary
Eagle Secure Tech is seeking a field service technician to perform smart lock installation and on-site service across Malaysia. You will manage customer-site tasks, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure high-quality workmanship with regular follow-ups.

Qualifications
- Experience with woodworking or metalworking tools.
- Must be able to liaise with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Able to carry out smart lock service works on customer site.
- In charged of all customer related installation & service tasks and follow up.
- Ensure all service and installation tasks are carried out professionally by technical team.
- Promptly responding to customer's installation / service / product issues.
- Manage technical team and have weekly meetings to update and follow up progress.
- Liase with Supplier / Factory regarding technical issues & spare parts.
- Stay updated with industry developments and continuously enhance skills.
