Qualifications

• Experience in using tools for woodworking and metalworking is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Carry out smart lock service works on customer sites.
• Take charge of all customer-related installation and service tasks and follow up.
• Ensure all service and installation tasks are carried out professionally by the technical team.
• Promptly respond to customers' installation, service, or product issues.
• Manage technical team and hold weekly progress meetings.
• Liaise with suppliers/factories regarding technical issues and spare parts.
• Stay updated with industry developments and continuously enhance skills.
