Job summary

Eagle Secure Tech is seeking a customer-focused service technician to perform smart lock service works at customer sites and manage installation tasks. The role involves coordinating with the technical team, following up on issues, and staying updated with industry developments.

The candidate should be willing to travel to customer sites, speak Mandarin/English/Bahasa Malaysia, and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills. Fresh grads are welcome and product training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience & Knowledge in tools usage for woodworking and metal working is advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with technical team from China.
• Fresh grad are welcome!
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, including technical proficiency.
• Self-motivated team player with a focus on sales and customer relations.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Able to carry out smart lock service works on customer site.
• In charged of all customer related installation & service tasks and follow up.
• Ensure all service and installation tasks are carried out professionally by technical team.
• Promptly responding to customer's installation / service / product issues.
• Manage technical team and have weekly meetings to update and follow up progress,
• Liase with Supplier / Factory regarding technical issues & spare parts.
• Stay updated with industry developments and continuously enhance skills.
