Job summary

Eagle Secure Tech is seeking field service professionals to perform smart lock installations and on-site servicing across Malaysia. You will support customer sites, coordinate with our technical team, and liaise with suppliers. Fresh grads are welcome, with travel to client sites as needed and opportunities for career growth.

The role emphasizes strong communication, technical aptitude, and customer relations, with company-sponsored product training and competitive incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge using woodworking tools is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia for liaising with the China team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out smart lock service works on customer sites.
• Handle all customer installation and service tasks and follow up.
• Ensure service and installation tasks are performed professionally by the team.
• Respond promptly to installation/service/product issues.
• Manage technical team and hold weekly progress meetings.
• Coordinate with suppliers/factory on issues and parts.
• Stay updated with industry developments and upskill regularly.
