Job summary

Eagle Secure Tech Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a field service professional to install, service, and support smart lock systems at customer sites across Malaysia. You will lead installation tasks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with suppliers to obtain parts. Strong communication with clients and the ability to travel are essential.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and the role includes medical coverage, annual bonus, and an incentive-driven environment with five and a half working days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience & Knowledge in tools usage for woodworking and metal working is advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with technical team from China.
• Fresh grad are welcome!
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, including technical proficiency.
• Self-motivated team player with a focus on sales and customer relations.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out smart lock service works on customer site.
• In charge of all customer related installation & service tasks and follow up.
• Ensure all service and installation tasks are carried out professionally by technical team.
• Promptly responding to customer's installation / service / product issues.
• Manage technical team and have weekly meetings to update and follow up progress.
• Liaise with Supplier / Factory regarding technical issues & spare parts.
• Stay updated with industry developments and continuously enhance skills.
