Qualifications

Job description

WNM ESHOP.COM SDN BHD is a major player among smart home and karaoke system brands in the market, so candidates will be able to learn about and discover a lot of new and interesting automation technology. The brand managed and owned by WNM is SmartZone Smart Home and KaraBest Karaoke System.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up often project status, site visit.
• Install, configure, and integrate a variety of smart home devices, including lighting, security systems, climate control, and entertainment systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by guiding customers through the setup and operation of their smart home systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all installations and service activities.
• To prepare M&E diagram and meeting with related parties. You will learn a lot and improve technology knowledge throughout the progress.
• To do QC and make sure hardware is working well.
• Any other tasks as assigned sometimes.

What we're looking for

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of smart home technologies, including home automation, security, and multimedia systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Apprentice / Entry level are encouraged to apply, however candidates with experience in a related field (IT/ Audio Visual Installation/M&E/Smart home installation skill) will be considered first.
• Required Language: B.Mandarin, B.English and B.Melayu. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Willing to work in Taman Maluri, Cheras / Semenyih, Selangor .
