Job summary

The Air Station, part of the Easmed Group, is seeking a Key Account Executive to support Sleep and Diagnostics product commercial activities. You will manage reseller relationships, coordinate with customers, principals and internal teams to drive sales growth and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and agreements.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business or related field and 2–4 years in sales or account management within healthcare or medical devices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, account management or commercial operations.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics or distribution is preferred.
• Experience working with resellers, distributors, principals or channel partners is an advantage.
• Interest in Sleep Medicine, Diagnostics or healthcare products is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Strong relationship management with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Reseller & Account Management and follow-up on sales opportunities, quotations, orders and inquiries.
• Coordinate sales activities, orders, quotations and customer inquiries across internal teams.
• Monitor reseller performance and ensure timely follow-up on actions.
• Strengthen relationships with resellers and grow accounts.
• Support expansion of the reseller network and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate service centre activities related to Sleep and Diagnostics products.
• Prepare sales reports and business updates for principals and management.
• Maintain records of agreements, commercial terms and documentation.
