Job summary

The Air Station, part of the Easmed Group, seeks a Clinical Education Manager (Sleep Portfolio) to drive regional clinical excellence and enable commercial growth across markets. You will lead clinical teams, standardise training, and support product launches in sleep labs, hospitals, and home care settings.

Regular regional travel is required to support teams, customers, and strategic initiatives, with a focus on sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing, MBBS, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in sleep diagnostics or therapeutic devices.
• Experience leading clinical teams across markets is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work across multiple countries.
• Strong commercial acumen to support sales growth and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional clinical teams, coach performance, and develop the clinical organisation.
• Provide expert clinical application support across sleep diagnostics and labs.
• Partner with sales to support key accounts, product launches, and demos.
• Develop training frameworks and competency assessments for markets.
• Represent clinical function at regional trade shows and conferences.
• Collaborate with product management and marketing on training content.
