FINNMED SDN. BHD. is looking for a field-based role focused on respiratory devices, driving revenue for CPAP, BiPAP, and ventilation products across hospitals and clinics with clinical evidence to win new accounts.

You will build partnerships with pulmonologists, sleep physicians, and hospital administrators, conduct bedside demonstrations, manage patient trials, and train clinicians on therapy settings and data platforms while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong CRM hygiene.

Responsabilités

• Exceed annual and quarterly revenue quotas for the CPAP, BiPAP, and Ventilation portfolios within the assigned hospital and clinical territories.
• Acquire new business accounts by identifying untapped clinical niches and converting competitor users through clinical evidence-based selling.
• Cultivate high-level partnerships with Pulmonologists, Sleep Physicians, and Hospital Administrators to secure long-term product placement and "preferred brand" status.
• Demonstrate the clinical efficacy and technical superiority of respiratory devices through formal bedside presentations and hands-on workshops for clinicians.
• Manage the end-to-end patient trial process, ensuring precise device titration and mask-fit configuration to maximize therapy adherence.
• Train patients and healthcare providers on advanced therapy settings, cloud-based data monitoring platforms, and troubleshooting protocols.
• Optimize recurring revenue streams by monitoring patient usage data and proactively securing mask and consumable resupply orders.
• Appraise competitor pricing, market shifts, and emerging respiratory technologies to provide strategic intelligence for regional marketing plans.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, including lead tracking, revenue forecasting, and detailed account activity logs to ensure business transparency.
• Ensure total adherence to medical device regulatory standards and ethical promotional guidelines during all commercial and clinical interactions.
