KEJURUTERAAN RIAZ SDN. BHD is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to perform land and construction surveys at project sites in Malaysia.

The role involves setting out and marking building, road, and retaining wall works, with responsibilities including precise measurements, leveling, and coordinate checks. Candidate should hold a degree in Land Surveying/Geomatics with 2–5 years of experience, be proficient in Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and have knowledge of AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction or land surveying.
• Proficient with Total Station, GPS and Auto Level.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and surveying software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and survey procedures.
• Willing to work on site and travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out land and construction surveys at project sites.
• Conduct setting out and marking of building, road, retaining wall and other construction works.
• Perform measurements, leveling and coordinate checks.
• Prepare and maintain survey records, drawings and reports.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS and Auto Level.
• Check site levels, coordinates and dimensions according to drawings.
• Work closely with engineers, site supervisors, contractors and consultants.
• Monitor survey works to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
