Job summary

JAYA GEMILANG M&E SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities, coordinate trades, and ensure work progresses on schedule. You will monitor materials delivery and quality, and liaise with the project team to resolve site issues.

You will also manage foreign workers, coordinate attendance and transportation, prepare monthly progress claims, and assist in site reporting and documentation to the senior supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate site activities to ensure project progress meets the planned schedule.
• Check materials and tools delivered to the site.
• Manage and monitor foreign workers at project sites, including attendance, work arrangements, transportation, and related expenses.
• Handle workers' COMCARD-related matters and coordinate transportation between project sites.
• Prepare and submit material requisitions for materials required at project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report work progress/issues/defects to the senior supervisor or project manager.
• Assist in preparing site reports, site progress updates & site documentation.
• Prepare, compile and submit monthly progress claims for assigned projects to the main contractor or project owner.

Your duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:
