The Makeover Guys Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor / Project Manager to lead all activities at project sites through the makeover process. You will ensure timelines, quality, and budgets are met while coordinating with the Sales Consultant and Interior Designer.

You will oversee onsite activities, provide status updates, manage suppliers, and perform quality checks to deliver top-notch handovers. A passion for interior design and project management, along with fluent English, is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision or renovation work.
• Passion for interior design, architecture, or project management.
• Fluency in English is a must; Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus.
• Have your own car.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise suppliers and vendors.
• Quality control checks to ensure handover-ready projects.
• Source and order materials/items for the project.
• May be required to perform simple repair and installation work.

The Role.

As the Site Supervisor / Project Manager at The Makeover Guys, you will manage all activities at our project sites throughout the makeover process. Your work will directly impact the experience for people working, living, or using the space.

What You’ll Do.

• 1. Oversee and monitor the project timeline, quality, and budget
• 2. Oversee all onsite activities during the makeover process
• 3. Provide project status updates to clients and internal team members
• 4. Manage and supervise our suppliers and vendors
• 5. Practice quality control check-ups to ensure projects can be handed over to clients in top-notch condition
• 6. Source and order materials/items for the project
• 7. May be required to perform simple repair and installation work
• 8. Additional ad-hoc tasks

Who You Are.

• 1. Experience in site supervision or renovation work
• 2. Passion in interior design, architecture, or project management
• 3. Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus!
• 4. Have your own car

Working Arrangement.

On-site. Work closely with our Sales Consultant and Interior Designer.
