Job summary

The Makeover Guys Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor / Project Manager to lead project sites across the makeover process. You will ensure timelines, quality, and budgets are met while coordinating clients, designers, and suppliers.

Role requires onsite work, a passion for interior design or architecture, and strong English communication. A reliable vehicle is preferred to support site visits in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision or renovation work.
• Passion in interior design, architecture, or project management.
• Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus.
• Have your own car.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor project timeline, quality, and budget.
• Supervise all onsite activities during the makeover process.
• Provide project status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Manage and supervise suppliers and vendors.
• Conduct quality control checks for handover-ready projects.
• Source and order materials and items for the project.
• May perform simple repair and installation work.
• Handle additional ad-hoc tasks.

The Role.

As the Site Supervisor / Project Manager at The Makeover Guys, you will manage all activities at our project sites throughout the makeover process. Your work will directly impact the experience for people working, living, or using the space.

What You’ll Do.

• 1. Oversee and monitor the project timeline, quality, and budget
• 2. Oversee all onsite activities during the makeover process
• 3. Provide project status updates to clients and internal team members
• 4. Manage and supervise our suppliers and vendors
• 5. Practice quality control check-ups to ensure projects can be handed over to clients in top-notch condition
• 6. Source and order materials/items for the project
• 7. May be required to perform simple repair and installation work
• 8. Additional ad-hoc tasks

Who You Are.

• 1. Experience in site supervision or renovation work
• 2. Passion in interior design, architecture, or project management
• 3. Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus!
• 4. Have your own car

Working Arrangement.

On-site. Work closely with our Sales Consultant and Interior Designer.
