Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaaan BTS Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction site operations, coordinate workers, monitor safety and work quality, and ensure the project progresses on schedule.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to communicate with China-based employers and engineers. Role requires on-site work Monday to Saturday with a basic salary of RM3,500–RM4,000 per month and overtime potential up to about RM7,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site supervision.
• Able to supervise and coordinate workers effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin-speaking preferred for communicating with China-based employers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities and workers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety requirements are followed.
• Monitor workers' attendance, duties and productivity.
• Coordinate with engineers, project management and frontline workers.
• Communicate daily site progress, issues and delays.
• Manage construction materials, inventory and deliveries.
• Monitor work quality according to drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Identify site problems and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist management in maintaining smooth day-to-day site operations.

• Candidates with relevant construction/site experience are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,000 per month
• Monthly income can reach approximately RM7,000, depending on overtime hours worked.
