Dura Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring on-time project execution with quality workmanship. You will coordinate with managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, while leading site workers to meet productivity targets and uphold safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in Civil Engineering or related field, with at least 2 years of site supervision experience, strong knowledge of construction

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and safety regulations.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Having license and willing to travel to project sites when required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
• Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Lead and manage site workers to achieve productivity and performance targets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain workmanship quality and project compliance.
• Monitor site materials, equipment, and resources to prevent delays and wastage.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Identify site issues and implement effective corrective actions promptly.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure all personnel follow safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings for site personnel.
• Investigate and report site incidents, accidents, and non-conformance matters.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and site reports.
• Liaise with clients and project stakeholders regarding site activities and progress updates.
• Support successful project completion by ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
