Job summary

China Communications Construction Company – Johor Bahru, Johor is seeking a site supervisor to monitor workmanship and coordinate daily on-site activities. The role requires Mandarin communication, CIDB certification, and the ability to relocate to Kempas for project execution.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree, can work independently, and has knowledge of high-rise building projects as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin.
• CIDB certification.
• Willing to relocate or work in Kempas.
• Experience with high-rise buildings is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workmanship, quality and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Manage scheduling of machinery and materials.
• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work progresses on schedule.
• Prepare and submit daily work progress reports.
• Carry out site works supervision and inspection.
• Assist the Project/Construction Manager with construction equipment planning for M&E works and manpower planning.
• Resolve site issues and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings.
• Perform other related duties as required.
