The role involves coordinating carpenters, masons, and labourers, monitoring progress against timelines and budgets, and liaising with project managers and clients. You will guide the team, ensure adequate resources, and maintain accurate site records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to the construction site as needed.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supervising the work of construction crews, including carpenters, masons, and labourers.
• Ensuring that project timelines and budgets are met by monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Identifying and addressing any safety or quality issues on the construction site.
• Liaising with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is progressing as planned.
• Providing guidance and support to the construction team, and ensuring that they have the necessary resources to complete their work effectively.
• Maintaining accurate records of project progress, materials used, and any incidents or issues that arise.
