Job summary

Bien Interiors Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Site Supervisor to support a busy high-rise construction program. The role requires a Certificate / Diploma in Construction and 2–5 years of site supervision experience, with the ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Construction or related field.
• 2–5 years of site supervision experience, preferably on high-rise projects.
• Knowledge of construction sequence and site coordination.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to work long hours and under site conditions.
• Site-based position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and construction works.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
• Monitor site workmanship, productivity, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site personnel.
• Report site progress, issues, and delays to the Project Manager/Engineer.
• Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
• Maintain proper site housekeeping and compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist with inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are properly managed on site.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and support smooth project execution.
