Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at our project sites in Malaysia. You will ensure work adheres to drawings, specifications, and schedules while coordinating with subcontractors and the project team.

The role requires 2-3 years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read construction drawings. Travel to sites may be required, with focus on safety and quality control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related field.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of site operations, safety procedures, and construction methods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel or work at project sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all work is completed according to the project schedule, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the project team.
• Monitor work quality, site safety, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare daily site reports and update management on project progress.
• Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth project operations.
