Job summary

Forcewin Electrical Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities in Cyberjaya, including server installation, cable installation, and testing.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, safety personnel and subcontractors to ensure work aligns with drawings and SOPs, while monitoring progress and quality. The role requires strong leadership, ability to read technical drawings, and experience in coordinating safety and handover processes with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising on-site electrical/construction activities.
• Ability to read drawings, method statements and SOPs.
• Strong coordination with project managers, engineers, safety personnel, subcontractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities including server installation, rack & stack, fiber/copper cabling, cable pulling, termination, patching and testing.
• Monitor manpower attendance, productivity and work progress.
• Conduct daily Toolbox Meetings (TBM) and ensure workers understand tasks and safety requirements.
• Ensure all works follow approved drawings, method statements, SOPs and client specifications.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Safety personnel, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Inspect completed works and ensure quality standards before submission/hand-over.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports, manpower reports and work updates.

Job description

Supervise daily site activities including server installation, rack & stack, fiber/copper cabling, cable pulling, termination, patching and testing.

Monitor manpower attendance, productivity and work progress.

Conduct daily Toolbox Meetings (TBM) and ensure workers understand their assigned tasks and safety requirements.

Ensure all works follow approved drawings, Method Statements, SOPs and client specifications.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Safety personnel, subcontractors and client representatives.

Inspect completed works and ensure quality standards are met before submission/hand-over.

Monitor materials, tools and equipment required for site activities and report shortages in advance.

Prepare and submit daily progress reports, manpower reports and work updates.

Identify site issues, delays or technical problems and elevate them to the Project Manager/Engineer promptly.

Ensure proper cable routing, dressing, labeling and housekeeping.

Monitor subcontractors and ensure their work complies with project requirements.

Assist with testing, inspection, punch-list rectification and project handover.

Carry out other site-related duties assigned by management.
