Job summary

TGS International Group in Malaysia is seeking a Site Manager for structured cabling projects across commercial buildings, offices and data centres. You will lead onsite teams and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineers and supervisors, overseeing materials, procuring items, updating site drawings, and reporting progress to the Project Manager.

Strong Cat6/Cat6a knowledge and excellent client communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in structured cabling for data centres and offices.
• Knowledge of Cat6/Cat6a cabling practices.
• Experience leading engineering teams in project-based settings.
• Strong communication and client liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and supervisors to complete structured cabling installations on time and to spec.
• Conduct site health & safety duties including risk assessments and method statements.
• Oversee stock levels and material usage to support cost-effective project execution.
• Procure materials in line with project timelines and requirements.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Review site drawings and ensure documentation meets client standards.
