You will manage resources, monitor HSE compliance, inspect workmanship, track schedules, and maintain site records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of site supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.
• Able to read drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to site locations.
• CIDB certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities, ensuring work progresses according to project schedules and timelines.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks to communicate project objectives and safety protocols.
• Manage workforce allocation and scheduling to optimise productivity and resource utilisation.
• Inspect work quality and ensure tasks meet specified standards and contractual requirements.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs and safety documentation.
• Identify risks and implement corrective measures to prevent incidents.
• Liaise with project managers, clients and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Manage site inventory, materials and equipment to minimise waste.
• Train and mentor site staff to enhance skills and safety culture.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
