Job summary

Beribu Inspirasi Sdn Bhd invites a capable construction professional to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in construction, holds a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related field, and can read and interpret construction drawings.

You will supervise daily site activities, ensure work aligns with schedules and specifications, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, monitor safety and quality, and compile

• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related field.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of site operations, safety procedures, and construction methods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel or work at project sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all work is completed according to the project schedule, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the project team.
• Monitor work quality, site safety, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare daily site reports and update management on project progress.
• Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth project operations.
