Job summary

Right Recruit in Malaysia is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site. You will ensure works follow project plans, drawings, specifications and schedules, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires 1–3 years of site experience and a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with willingness

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of site experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications encouraged.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and drawings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks on site.
• Willing to travel / work on construction sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure works follow project plans, drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and site activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards.
• Identify and resolve site and technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates and project documentation.
• Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress.
• Follow up with relevant parties to resolve issues within timelines.
• Assist Project Manager / Site Manager with overall coordination and execution.
• Ensure construction works are completed on time, within specifications and quality requirements.
