Job summary

C & P Builder Sdn Bhd invites a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering or Construction Management for project sites in Banting, Selangor or Kuala Nerus, Terengganu. 2–3 years’ building construction experience is required; earthwork experience is an added advantage; able to read drawings and specifications.

You will supervise daily site activities, monitor progress, coordinate with subcontractors and the main contractor, and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in building construction projects. Earthwork experience is an added advantage.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of level survey is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of site supervision, construction methods and site coordination.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based at project sites in Banting, Selangor or Kuala Nerus, Terengganu.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
• Monitor work progress to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and the main contractor.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports and attend site meetings.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.
