• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors and clients regarding project progress, challenges and updates.
• Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment and resources to the site in a timely manner.
• Identify and address on-site issues promptly, implementing corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, environmental standards and statutory safety requirements.

About the role
M&M PROJECT BUILDER SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Construction Building) to join our dynamic construction team in Johor Bahru District, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our building construction projects. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities on site, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and project specifications. This role is integral to our operations, directly impacting project timelines, quality outcomes, and team performance.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure work progresses according to project schedules and specifications

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role in construction and building projects

Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, safety standards, and project management principles

Proven ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents

Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Proficiency in using construction management tools and software, including scheduling and documentation systems

Valid construction safety certification or willingness to obtain relevant certifications (such as SSHE or equivalent)

Valid driving licence and reliable transportation

Physical ability to work on construction sites and inspect work at various heights

Fluency in English and/or Malay; additional languages are advantageous

Preferred experience with building construction rather than civil or infrastructure projects
