Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, ensure work progresses according to schedule, and uphold safety standards. You will monitor manpower, materials, and equipment, and coordinate with subcontractors to keep programmes on track.

The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field, 2–3 years of supervision experience on building or infrastructure projects, the ability to read drawings,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of site supervision experience on building or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities to support efficient site operations.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve site issues and maintain project progress.
• Prepare site progress reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Support project managers and engineers in site coordination, meetings, and issue resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project reporting tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
