Job summary

PRESTIGE MANAGEMENT SERVICES CONSULTANT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Site Supervisor – Architectural Works for the Intel Pelican Project in Penang.

The role involves supervising daily architectural activities on site, coordinating manpower, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications. The candidate should have relevant supervisory experience in architectural works, be able to read drawings, and communicate effectively with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising architectural works at construction sites.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong manpower planning and coordination skills.
• Effective communication with clients, main contractors and site teams.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Intel project experience is a plus; immediate availability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily architectural works at the construction site
• Plan, arrange, and allocate manpower to minimise idle time and maximise productivity
• Manage work areas, site activities, and work sequences for smooth progress
• Monitor progress, workmanship, quality and compliance with drawings/specifications
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and others
• Understand architectural scope of works, drawings, and project requirements
• Identify and resolve site issues to prevent delays and meet schedule
• Prepare daily progress updates and report to the Project Manager

About the role

Site Supervisor for architectural works at the Intel Pelican Project in Penang. The role involves supervising and coordinating daily architectural works at the construction site, managing work areas and sequences, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily architectural works at the construction site
• Plan, arrange, and allocate manpower effectively to minimise idle time and maximise productivity
• Manage work areas, site activities, and work sequences to ensure smooth progress
• Monitor work progress, workmanship, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and other relevant parties
• Understand the architectural scope of works, construction drawings, and project requirements
• Identify and resolve site issues to prevent delays and ensure works are completed within the project schedule
• Prepare daily progress updates and report site activities to the Project Manager

About you

• Relevant experience in supervising architectural works
