Job summary

Spritzer Group in Malaysia is seeking a construction general labourer to support on-site and indoor/outdoor work across various sites. The role involves assisting with demolition, material handling, and basic tasks such as painting, tiling, and plastering.

No prior experience is required, and training will be provided. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team, with willingness to learn and follow directions. PPE is provided and safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labour and lift heavy objects.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with demolition and site preparation.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Perform basic construction tasks (e.g., painting, tiling, plastering).
• Clean and maintain work areas.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Support skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.
• Transport materials to and from job sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
