Qualifications

• Relevant experience in renovation, construction, interior design & build, or site supervision is preferred.
• Good knowledge of renovation processes, materials, and basic construction practices.
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify site issues, and coordinate timely solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship, materials, and installation meet the required quality standards.
• Ensure all works are completed according to the agreed timeline and project requirements.
• Prepare site reports, provide project updates, and maintain effective communication with the project team.
