• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

We are a G7 registered construction company based in Kuala Terengganu, seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee road and pavement construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities, workers, and subcontractors.

Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and clients.

Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.

Conduct site inspections, resolve site issues, and prepare daily reports.

Ensure projects are completed according to schedule.

Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager from time to time.

Requirements
