Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience, preferably in roadworks or pavement construction.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, workers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve site issues, and prepare daily reports.
• Ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager from time to time.
