Job summary

MEGAFORM BUILDERS SDN BHD is seeking a construction supervisor to coordinate and oversee site activities in Melaka. The role involves supervising aluminum formwork installation according to drawings and ensuring timely material requests and deliveries.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering certificate or diploma, with 1–2 years of housing project site experience, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of aluminum formwork is a plus.

• Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Knowledge in Aluminum System Formwork is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction work at site
• Supervise aluminum formwork installation as per drawing
• Check material requests, update material needed and follow up delivery accordingly
• Carry out daily inspections of all work areas
• Carry out defect work as required

Requirements:

Possess at least Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
