Job summary

MEGAFORM BUILDERS SDN BHD is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to coordinate and supervise site activities and to oversee aluminum formwork installations according to drawings.

Candidates with a Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering and 1–2 years of housing project site experience are preferred; fresh graduates are welcome. OT claims, travel and accommodation allowances, yearly bonus and career growth await.

EPF/SOCSO, on-time salary payment, and company policy support this role.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years construction site experience in housing projects; fresh graduates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction work at site.
• Supervise aluminum formwork installation as per drawings.
• Check material requests, update material needs and follow up delivery.
• Carry out daily inspections of all work areas.
• Carry out defect works as required.

Requirements:

Possess at least Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent

Knowledge in Aluminum System Formwork is an added advantage.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision
