Job summary

MEGAFORM BUILDERS SDN BHD seeks a qualified engineer to plan and coordinate aluminum formwork works from shop drawings through installation and dismantling. You will review Aluform shop drawings, coordinate with consultants, and supervise installation to ensure accuracy, level and safety.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering related degree and have 5 years of experience in aluminum formwork, with strong coordination skills and a track record of resolving on-site issues to meet schedule and

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably with hands-on experience in Aluminum Formwork / Aluform.
• Strong understanding of structural drawings, Aluform shop drawings, construction methodology and concrete works.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate aluminum formwork works from shop drawings through installation and dismantling.
• Review and coordinate Aluform shop drawings, structural drawings and construction details with consultants and contractors.
• Supervise and monitor Aluform installation to ensure structural accuracy, alignment, level, quality and safety requirements.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues, ensuring Aluform works are completed according to project schedule and specifications.

Requirements:

• Good technical, site coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors and site teams.
