Job summary

Bumantara Construction Sdn Bhd seeks a capable Site Supervisor to oversee renovation and construction projects, ensuring workmanship, quality and safety on site while coordinating manpower and equipment to meet targets.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering with 3–5 years’ experience, strong ability to read drawings, and a willingness to travel between sites while adhering to CIDB regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of renovation, construction, or property development experience.
• Proven track record as Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and M&E drawings.
• Own transport and willing to travel between sites.
• CIDB regulations and local building standards knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervising daily site activities to ensure workmanship, quality, and safety compliance.
• Plan, organize, and monitor renovation site operations including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate and instruct subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to achieve project goals.
• Prepare site progress reports, update the office team, and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Ensure project timelines are met and work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.

• Proven track record as a Site Supervisor or similar role in managing renovation or build projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction and M&E drawings.
• Knowledgeable in construction methodology, materials, M&E coordination, and site safety protocols.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with CIDB regulations and local building standards is an advantage.
• Possess own transport and able to travel to multiple project sites.
