Responsibilities

• To oversee day to day operations on site; supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities on site.
• To resolve issues that may arise during the progress of the projects.
• To handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports to the Management.
• To provide for site safety and security, implement site policies and procedures.
• To conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machineries and equipment’s.
• To oversee projects to completion, ensuring that the projects are carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
• To complete and ensure all relevant reports on site to be submitted to office daily.
• To receive and verify materials and tools that delivered to site by suppliers if any.
• Attending site management meetings when necessary.
• Providing emergency first aid if required.
• To surprise and evaluate staff; keep accurate records of employee attendance and to train new hires.
• To perform other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
