Job summary

COL Engineering Malaysia is seeking a Site Engineer to monitor daily site operations and coordinate works to ensure progress aligns with plan.

The role involves managing manpower, materials, machinery and subcontractors, preparing progress reports, addressing site issues, and attending project meetings with stakeholders. Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field required; candidate should be proactive with good teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and take care of site daily operation & activities.
• Plan and coordinate work to ensure site tasks are carried out as required.
• Involve in controlling manpower, materials, machinery and subcontractors.
• Ensure project meets dateline.
• Prepare work progress reports and update site issues for management.
• Attend site and project meetings as required.
