Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as Site Supervisor or related role.
• Experience in interior fit-out, furniture installation, or construction is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand basic construction/shop drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication skills; well organized with good problem-solving abilities.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations and ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, timeline, and safety standards.

Ottimo Arte Marketing is one of the region’s leading suppliers of PET Acoustic Panels and System Furniture. This role plays a key part in coordinating site activities, managing contractors, and ensuring smooth project delivery while upholding the company’s quality and brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, installers, and workers on site
• Ensure project progress follows the approved schedule and report any delays or issues
• Liaise closely with project team, suppliers, and internal departments
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
• Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and housekeeping requirements
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and visual records of on-site work.
• Assist in material coordination, delivery checking, and site inventory control
• Attend site meetings and follow up on action items
• Resolve minor site issues and elevate critical matters promptly

Job Requirements:
