Kamal Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations for interior fit-out and construction projects. You will supervise carpentry works, ensure adherence to drawings and schedules, and document progress with site reports and photos.

The role requires reading construction drawings, coordinating with teams, and traveling between project sites with occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior fit-out, renovation or construction industry
• Fresh Graduation are welcome to apply, training will be provided
• Able to read and understand construction drawings, layouts and technical specifications
• Willing to travel between project sites and expect occasional overnight or short-term accommodations near project sites to manage initial material setup, inventory staging, or site preparation
• Responsible, punctual and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
