Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a project coordinator to plan, execute and coordinate assigned projects both in-house and on-site in Johor. The role involves preparing schedules, drawings, and resources, and coordinating with customers, departments, and contractors.

The ideal candidate has a professional certificate or diploma in an engineering field, good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD, and is willing to travel with own transport. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

Job Scope

• To plan, execute and coordinate assigned projects (in-house/site)
• To prepare project schedule, documentations, engineering drawings and resources planning
• To coordinate & liaise with various parties including other departments, customer, main contractor / sub-contractor and project team involved in the project
• To assist with project planning and on-site management to ensure project objectives such as meeting budget, schedule and quality requirements are met
• To oversee and update head of department on daily project activities
• To ensure successful project completion and handover to customer

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Work experience in project management will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office – Excel & AutoCad
• A great sense of responsibility, commitment and a team player
• Strong awareness towards the signification of time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and oral
• Wiling to travel and possess own transport
