Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan LHC Sdn Bhd seeks a responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at our Gelang Patah project site in Johor. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to project specs while coordinating with subcontractors and engineers.

The role requires reading drawings, supervising materials and manpower, and maintaining site records. The position is on-site in Gelang Patah with a competitive monthly salary and accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, certificate or diploma in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• 2–3 years of site supervision experience preferred.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good communication and coordination in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, engineers and project management.
• Ensure construction materials, equipment and manpower are properly utilized.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship and quality.
• Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site records.
• Identify and resolve construction issues to minimize delays.
• Assist project engineers and managers with site coordination and inspections.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
