Job summary

Linergy Power Sdn Bhd, a lithium‑ion battery manufacturer in Malaysia, seeks an Administrative Executive to oversee housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, hygiene, vendor coordination, and workplace compliance at its Serendah site.

The role emphasizes administrative operations rather than technical facility engineering, requiring a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and at least three years’ experience in site services or facilities administration. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Environmental Health, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in site services, housekeeping operations, facilities administration, or vendor management.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or large-site environments is an advantage.
• Familiar with housekeeping standards, workplace hygiene, pest control coordination, and landscaping services.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, follow-up, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and capable of clear communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across offices, restrooms, common areas, workshops, canteens, and shared facilities.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and service standards are maintained.
• Coordinate housekeeping vendors to meet schedules, SOPs, manpower deployment, and service requirements.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and availability of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables.
• Coordinate collection and laundry of anti-static uniforms and monitor service quality.
• Manage pest control contractors for inspections, treatments, and record maintenance.
• Monitor pest activity and follow up on related issues.
• Coordinate landscaping and grounds maintenance, including mowing, planting, irrigation, and pruning.
• Supervise vendors and monitor attendance, work quality, and contract compliance.
• Support vendor performance reviews and contract renewal processes.
