Job summary

First Air Sales & Services Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Site Safety Supervisor to champion HSE at the project site in Melaka, Malaysia, ensuring safe workplace practices and regulatory compliance.

The role requires holding a Yellow Book and CIDB Green Card, with at least 1 year of reinforced construction supervision experience; MS Word/Excel proficiency and 5S knowledge are also desirable for a hands-on field role with our HVAC and civil works teams.

Qualifications

Must have Yellow Book and CIDB Green Card.
Experience as Site Safety Supervisor.
Minimum 1 year experience in reinforced construction supervision (preferably).
Proficient with MS Word / Excel.
Experience in 5S.
Project site at Maxeon Malaysia, Melaka.

Responsibilities

To champion all HSE matters at project site to maintain a safe workplace.
To perform the SSS task as stipulated in the site safety supervisor guidelines.
To ensure that workers at site are properly trained, i.e., client’s safety requirement, safety induction, periodic safety meeting
To ensure that all activities at project site are in compliance with all safety-related regulatory requirement.
Assist in evacuation and emergency drills and conduct investigations of accidents at the site
Raise health and safety issues to Supervisors and Project Manager where appropriate
Any other reasonable duties assigned from time to time.
