Job summary

NTS Construction Supplies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Site Safety Supervisor to ensure all site activities comply with safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment.

You will monitor and enforce safety procedures, conduct inspections, identify hazards, and lead toolbox talks to ensure PPE compliance. This role requires reliability, travel to project sites, and independent work capabilities.

Qualifications

ValidYellow Book registered with DOSH.
Knowledge of construction site safety regulations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible and able to work independently.
Own transport is possessed.
Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.

Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce site safety procedures.
Conduct daily site safety inspections.
Identify hazards and implement preventive measures.
Ensure workers comply with safety rules and PPE requirements.
Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
Maintain safety records and documentation.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
