Job summary

XUNFA TECH SDN BHD is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations at EVE Industrial Park, Kulim. You will lead toolbox talks, ensure PPE usage, and report hazards to maintain a safe environment.

Ideal candidates have CIDB Yellow Book and prior site safety or supervision experience, with strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English. This role is on-site and requires independent work and collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

• CIDB Yellow Book (Buku Kuning) required.
• Experience in construction site safety or site supervision is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of site safety practices and procedures.
• Able to work independently and communicate with the team.
• Willing to work on-site at EVE Industrial Park, Kulim, Kedah.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety procedures.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure all workers comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Monitor workers and contractors to ensure safe working practices on-site.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and communicate safety requirements to workers.
• Report unsafe conditions, accidents, and incidents to the project management team.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining site safety records and documentation.
• Recommend corrective actions to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.
• Coordinate with the project team to maintain a safe working environment.
