KARISMA PERWIRA SDN BHD is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to implement safety policies and ensure regulatory compliance at the work site.

The role involves conducting inductions, risk assessments, site audits, and coordinating with authorities to maintain a safe working environment.

• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions in the Company Quality System.
• Comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the organization.
• Enforce OSH Act at the work site.
• Conduct safety induction and safety briefing to site personnel.
• Inspect worksite hazards and prepare risk assessments.
• Ensure site safety compliance through site audits and NCR reports.
• Carry out regular safety visits, audits, and inspections.
• Liaise with JKKP/DOSH and other authorities (Bomba, Jabatan Kesihatan, CIDB, MITI, PDRM, etc.).
• Prepare monthly Safety Audit Reports for management.
• Advise management on changes in safety legislation and environmental matters.
• Determine causes of accidents and recommend preventive measures.
• Keep up-to-date with safety literature and circulate information to staff.
• Any other duties assigned by the Project Manager/Director.

Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Company Quality System.

Comply with legal and other requirements that applicable to the organization.

Enforce Occupational Safety & Health Act (Osha) at all the work site.

Conduct safety induction and safety briefing to site personnel.

Inspect worksite hazard and prepare risk assessment.

Responsible to ensure site safety compliance through site audit and issue NCR reports for compliance.

Carry our regular safety visit, audit and inspection.

Conduct Tool Box Meeting.

Liaise with JKKP/DOSH and authorized department (eg.Bomba, Jabatan Kesihatan, CIDB, MITI, PDRM and etc.).

Prepare monthly Safety Audit Report to the management.

Advise management of changes in safety legislation and all matters pertaining to occupational safety, health and environmental.

Determine the cause of any accident or dangerous occurrence and recommend mean of preventing recurrence.

Keep up-to-date with recommended codes of practice and new safety literature; circulate information applicable to each level of employee.

Any other duties that may be assigned by the Project Manager / Project Director from time to time.
